1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

3. Return Conditions
3.1 Product Condition
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To return a product:

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the provided address
- Keep proof of shipment until you receive confirmation
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product unless:
- The product is defective or incorrect
- We failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal
In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
We will process your refund within 14 days after:
- We receive the returned product, or
- You provide proof that you have sent the product back

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will use an alternative method agreed upon with you.
5.3 Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect)
- Any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product
6. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Products that have been damaged due to your handling
- Customized or personalized products
7. Defective Products

8. Cancellation Before Shipment
